Wow, this group really looks awesome! I can't wait to see what comes with it, and I plan to join it too, if possible, that is.
But with that, I have a small question.
I can't draw... at all. No tablet, no nothing. Just traditional, and I see from the rules that bases aren't allowed...
So the question is... May I use MMD to submit my character into this? I see someone has already, but they are a leader in this... so I just figured I'd ask about it ahead of time, since there's groups that don't allow MMD because they believe that it counts as "bases".

well I used mmd for my oc so I don't think it will be a problem c:
